3.1 Placing an Order: Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting our sales team. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
3.2 Acceptance of Orders: We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. If an order is rejected, any payments made will be refunded.
3.3 Pricing: All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We strive to ensure that prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash on delivery (where applicable). Full payment is required before the dispatch of products unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Late Payments: In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amount at a rate of 2% per month until payment is made in full. We may also suspend or cancel any pending deliveries.
5. Delivery and Risk
5.1 Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframe provided at the time of order. However, delivery times are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
5.2 Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect the products upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.
5.3 Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be added to your order total and will vary based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the products.
6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
6.1 Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing.
6.2 Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products unless they are defective or incorrect.
6.3 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products. We reserve the right to deduct any reduction in value resulting from the handling of the products beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

7.1 Product Warranty: We warrant that the products will conform to the specifications and be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
